Our sale runs during the dates and times shown on the promo page. Prices are as marked — no code needed (unless we say otherwise).

Eligibility & Price Adjustments

Sale pricing applies to new orders placed within the sale window.

We’re not able to apply sale prices to past orders or provide refunds/credits for previous purchases. Thanks for understanding!

Once the sale ends or items sell out, we can’t extend the offer.

Combining Offers

Sale pricing can’t be combined with other discounts, bundles, or promo codes (including sign-up codes) unless specifically stated.

Order Changes

We aim to pack fast during sales. Because of this, orders can’t be cancelled, updated, or modified after checkout.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout — we’re unable to take responsibility for deliveries impacted by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Returns & Warranty

Sale items are final sale (no returns or exchanges) unless a product is found to be faulty under our Warranty Policy.

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact Customer Care at hello@oxfeyewear.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll help right away.

Shipping & Dispatch

Our team will dispatch your order as quickly as possible. During busy periods, please allow 7–14 business days for dispatch.

Carriers may experience delays at peak times. Your tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.

International Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

Import duties, taxes, and tariffs (if applicable) are payable by the recipient and aren’t included in our sale prices.

These fees are set by your country’s customs authority and may be collected by the carrier prior to or at delivery.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/tariffs, we’ll follow our returns policy for sale orders (sale items are generally final sale). Any original/return shipping or carrier fees are not refundable.

Stock & Availability

All offers are while stocks last. Adding an item to your cart doesn’t reserve it.

We may update, extend, or end the sale, and correct any errors if they occur.
